As a conservative, this book made me hate myself

One of the least informative or enlightening books I've come across. It seems strange to me that saving America's future has so much to do with the kids who bullied Dr. Carson in his early years, being mentioned substantially more than his wife or family. I also found it funny that Dr. Carson tried so many times to prove the existence of God through Bible verses that say He exists. I found the book to be derivative and juvenile.

It was ok but really more of a short story than material for a memoir. Governor Walker also says "nucular" instead of "nuclear" which is very strange.

Annoying that it wasn't chronological. But he seems like a good dude and this book is a nice explaination for how he became such a tea party phenomenon without being too radical.
