It’s obvious that the author has exceptional knowledge of the topic and he breaks it down into simple concepts that are easy to understand. What I really learned is that I didn’t know nearly as much as I thought about histamine and it’s affects on the body. Thank you for the insight!

As I listened I found myself represented in every single one of the things you shouldn’t do. It was great to hear that I could let go of those strategies and it would

This book has vital information for daily assaults on our bodies and health. The stress-relieving solutions are worth their weight in gold! Stress is the number 1 killer, and we should all be serious about eliminating it. There are also some conditions I had known about but had no idea how challenging it could be to suffer from these ailments. Many should read this book, not just those dealing with the different disorders addressed explicitly. I plan to incorporate some tips in this book to facilitate a peaceful, calm, and stress-free environment in my own life. Thanks for the information!!!
