Story
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever.

Informational and Understandable

This book holds so much information, a lot of it presented in the "good, better, best" and "bad, worse, worst" model. He uses very little jargon, and any he does use he explains so that the information doesn't go over the heads of the intended readers. I would recommend this book to anyone who takes the slightest interest in their nutrition and health.

Story
Not your typical boring diet book, this is a tart-tongued, no-holds-barred wakeup call to all women who want to be thin. With such blunt advice as "soda is liquid Satan" and "you are a total moron if you think the Atkins Diet will make you thin", it's a rallying cry for all savvy women to start eating healthy and looking radiant. Unlike standard diet books, it actually makes the reader laugh out loud with its truthful, smart-mouthed revelations.

This is a very real, down to earth, and solid book. It's things we all know, but pretend we don't so we can use ignorance as an excuse. A no-nonsense approach to getting healthy with good advice and no sugar coating. Loved the sass!

This wasn't my first time reading or listening to this book. It's one of my favorites in the series, and I really enjoy the narrator. The speed, tones, and voices she uses really bring the book to life.
