Story
An historic literary event: the publication of a newly discovered novel, the earliest known work from Harper Lee, the beloved, best-selling author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning classic To Kill a Mockingbird. Originally written in the mid-1950s, Go Set a Watchman was the novel Harper Lee first submitted to her publishers before To Kill a Mockingbird. Assumed to have been lost, the manuscript was discovered in late 2014.

slow beginning but great overall. wished for some more detailed conclusions regarding Scout's love life and future, and the trial that was pending. mostly loved the historic info and all the lovely reminders of down home family life in Alabama.

Story
Jake Sullivan is a licensed private eye with a seriously hardboiled attitude. He also possesses raw magical talent and the ability to make objects in his vicinity light as a feather or as heavy as depleted uranium, all with a magical thought. It's no wonder the G-men turn to Jake when they need someoneto go after a suspected killer who has been knocking off banks in a magic-enhanced crime spree.

great story as always. A little boring at the beginning and throughout the middle. Has some of the longest run on sentences in history. But pack the wall above a punch for the climax and conclusion of the story. It was worth waiting for. Love the narrators voices. Can't wait for the next story.

Story
Five days after Owen Zastava Pitt pushed his insufferable boss out of a 14th story window, he woke up in the hospital with a scarred face, an unbelievable memory, and a job offer. It turns out that monsters are real. All the things from myth, legend, and B-movies are out there, waiting in the shadows. Some of them are evil, and some are just hungry. Monster Hunter International is the premier eradication company in the business. And now Owen is their newest recruit.

What A Surprise !
Reviewed: 07-20-15
What made the experience of listening to Monster Hunter International the most enjoyable?
Absolutely LOVED the reader Oliver Wyman, he kept my attention from the first sentence.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Of Course I loved our hero, Mr.Owen Pitt he seemed so naive and innocent and yet so deserving.
Which character – as performed by Oliver Wyman – was your favorite?
I really enjoyed the "Old Man" character, he is so real and yet frustrating at the same time. I just want to tell him to get to the point all ready.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Wish I could have listened all in one setting, My life was on hold for most of the story.
Any additional comments?
I have never been a Sy-fi reader or lover. I don't care much for para normal either. But this story took away the idea of "made-up" or "couldn't possibly" and turned it into "Oh my gosh" and " they really do exist" I was so surprised I liked it so much and can't wait to start the next story in the series, but first, back to a little real life for a few days. Thanks Larry!
