As an adult with adhd I find that most content on taking actin is complicated for my adhd brain. I am excited to try the simple yet tight provoking steps to take action as outlined in this book. i listened to the audio while waking in the treadmill and followed along with the kindle version. I feel like I can get started which can be a herculean task on any given day. I say you can’t go wrong with listing it and testing it for yourself. i’m hopeful this is a step in the right direction for myself and others like me.

This book will pierce your conscience and provoke you to change. There are many ouch moments of truth that cause you to asses why you won’t finish. The biggest take away is that we are the only ones standing in our way. There is an underlying benefit received from not finishing. It’s not a good benefit but it’s one that’s is strong enough to keep you from getting things done. It’s up to us to dissect the lies behind not finishing and apply our strengths to the task and accept that it will never be perfect, perfect doesn’t matter because in the end DONE trumps and unfinished perfect project any day!
