Perfect! I’ve already conjured up some wonderful spells and warded off some negative attachments. My next take is to summon a spirit to help over the world!! Interesting and quick spells. I would recommend this book for the beginner.

I wanted to start eating a Mediterranean diet so I bought this book. I thought that the food might be a little bland for my taste but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors are amazing. I`ve been cooking up a storm ever since I got it. The book has a lot of great info. I had know trouble finding ingredients and the recipe`s are very easy.

The DASH diet is easy to follow. The plan places a particular emphasis on reducing sodium. The book says, "Our nutritional requirement for sodium is only about 500 mg per day ... A scant 1/4 teaspoon of table salt contains just about 500 mg of sodium ... Limit your daily sodium intake to 1,500 mg to 2,300 mg per day." It discusses that the diet needs to be combined with exercise (low-impact exercises, such as walking).
I like sections 2 (DASH Diet for High Blood Pressure, DASH Diet for Weight Loss, DASH Diet for Optimal Health) and 4 (DASH Diet Eating Guide, DASH-Friendly Cooking Methods, ...). The book also includes 150 recipes. The appendix (Shopping and Dining on the DASH Diet) is useful
