Dense for an audio book

This book is full of relevant and helpful information, but it is the kind of book which th so many important points, I found it a challenge to absorb it all in one pass. If my attention strayed even for a moment, I found myself hitting rewind to make sure I didn’t miss it.
Fantastic book. But my advice is, don’t try to listen while driving.
