Story
Deanna Lorea, author of Unraveled, offers listeners more God-inspired guidance in the second spiritual work of The Undoing series, Undignified. What does it mean to be undignified? To be undignified is to be fully foolish and undone. It is the antithesis of appearing composed, well-learned, and societally correct. When our culture suggests we tidy up before absorbing all God is, Undignified invites the mess, the chaos, and the crazy; it welcomes the dark, the dingy, and the dysfunction.

Story
Separated by 10 years, 3,000 miles, and the unrelenting stresses of adulthood, best friends Janet and Serena plan a 40th birthday girls’ trip to reconnect. But after a massive crash, they’re the only survivors to wash ashore on an uncharted Caribbean Island. Armed with only the clothes on their backs and zero survival skills, they fight to overcome hunger, thirst, deadly wildlife—and most terrifyingly—decades of accrued resentment. Can they find their way home, or will they kill each other first?

A Great Read

I have been such a big fan of Elizabeth Gilbert. Her narrative of the Big Magic makes for easy listening. She leaves in parts where she stumbles on word making it a more real dialogue.
