This book describes in graphic detail, the consequences of an electromagnetic pulse attack against the USA. It is both troublesome, horrifying and inspiring to see how people can cope with such a catastrophe. Since it is based on the realistic consequences of an EMP attack, this book should have a wide audience.

This is a gripping suspense novel, a real page-turner with interesting diversions and subplots. The tension is palpable throughout the book, which was difficult to put down. The narrator has a talented voice with amazing diction

This was a well-paced drama set in Mississippi focusing on a murder trial. It included suspense, drama, pathos and humor. The ending brought tears

This is an interesting story but I found the prose to be circuitous rambling with many gratuitous distracting details. The reader did not vary his voice adequately to fit the different characters. It was a slow moving book. Disappointing! Dick Hill should read future Reacher Books

An amazing extremely clever story. Dick Hill’s voices are captivating. Deutermann is a rare talent in the thriller genre!

I couldn’t put the book down. Dick Hill was his usual Superb impersonator. The villain was truly evil. The outcome was a total surprise and left the reader with questions.
