I liked Corinne's personal stories. Her mantras and meditations are great tools that are like the workbook. And I really liked that she quoted Descartes, especially since she didn't use the quote that for me exemplifies the Course teaching

It explains better ways to deal with urges, procrastination, and how to get working on things you want to do. For the price, it's a complete steal.

The book is very interesting. It contains really helpful information about kundalini awakening. The author provides the reader with essential information on a topic that continues to remain veiled within a labyrinth of partial truths. Highly recommend this book.

This book had a lot of detailed information about nonverbal communication, with parts of the body that you would never think communicate. I am a mental health clinician and found it reassuring that what I see on daily basis can actually be "seen" and not to second guess my impressions.
