I listen to this kind of content at the gym because I don't have a lot of free time elsewhere. I appreciate when things get to the point and has useful and practical information. this fits that description

Blinded by personal politics

This book is very light on specifics and real examples. It speaks in broad generalizations and assumes everything on the left, including all things BLM is pure goodness. It's gag worthy at times. Not to mention how oblivious the opening is to how elite their experience is. "I have breakfast every year with the head of GE. It was there my friend gave me carte blanche to build a startup within GE then sell it to her for millions. I'm so smart, be like me"
