Great story with a nice twist but what happened to Angela???????????????? Did I just miss that part or did it leave it up to the reader to decide?

This book was highly disappointing. I grew up reading these books and they always had a twist, mystery, intrigue but this was as boring as they come. Total waste.

Heartbreaking story I couldnt stop listening to.

This book is definitely worth the read. It tells 2 stories of the struggles two women go through decades apart. What makes it even more tragic is the reality in which these situations actually happened and still happen to women everyday. Worth the read but be ready to feel outraged, disbelieving and heartbroken.

Story
Having narrowly averted an (under)world war, Cat Crawfield wants nothing more than a little downtime with her vampire husband, Bones. Unfortunately, her gift from New Orleans’ voodoo queen just keeps on giving - leading to a personal favor that sends them into battle once again, this time against a villainous spirit. Centuries ago, Heinrich Kramer was a witch hunter. Now, every All Hallows Eve, he takes physical form to torture innocent women before burning them alive.

I can't get enough of of this series! I've listened to the entire series about 4 times now and continue to go back for more. It has everything...action, romance and comedy! The narrator is fantastic! Wish she narrated everything I listened to!
