Story
Peter Lynch, one of the most successful investors of all time, shows you how to use what you already know to make money in the market. You'll discover why smart money is not so smart - and why you may be a better stock picker than the pros, how to follow your hunches and back them up with facts, how to disregard reports on the economy and pick your own time to buy and sell, and how to determine which types of stocks are right for you. Lynch is the former manager of the $9 billion Fidelity Magellan Fund, where he earned investors a $190,000 return on a $10,000 investment.

Story
Many investors, including some with substantial portfolios, have only the sketchiest idea of how the stock market works. The reason, say Lynch and Rothchild, is that the basics of investing aren't taught in school. At a time when individuals have to make important decisions about saving for college and 401(k) retirement funds, this failure to provide a basic education in investing can have tragic consequences.

Good foundational Finance book

Has the same vibe as Rich Dad Poor Dad, but more older and classic, good listen/read, just if you're already pretty good at the stock market you might not need this, but if you're new, definitely worth the listen/read.

Story
I want to tell you my story of financial discovery through family, entrepreneurism, product development, and an array of experiences. This is not a traditional story of an investment strategy secret or 401(k) success, but a story of true pursuit of knowledge, breaking down the whole system of financial planning, and discovering the inefficiencies and underwhelming results of the 401(k), IRA, Roth IRA and other traditional financial plans.

max funded IUL

memorable, will look into max funded iuls. Iras and other retirements, definitely are sneaky, maybe still worth investing for 4% as long as its known an it's just another revenue stream.
