I loved the story. As a Mexican woman, who grew up in Mexico City until 15 years old, I could relate. I loved Alma’s commentary on fatherhood and growing up in Mexico. Tough themes, yes, but true. I absolutely loved how Alma tells her own story, from her voice to her style. I loved her writing style too. I loved this book!
