Story
If society collapsed, could you survive? When Morgan Carter's car breaks down 250 miles from his home, he figures his weekend plans are ruined. But things are about to get much, much worse: the country's power grid has collapsed. There is no electricity, no running water, no Internet, and no way to know when normalcy will be restored - if it ever will be.

Story
Based on more than 40 interviews with Jobs conducted over two years—as well as interviews with more than a hundred family members, friends, adversaries, competitors, and colleagues—Walter Isaacson has written a riveting story of the roller-coaster life and searingly intense personality of a creative entrepreneur whose passion for perfection and ferocious drive revolutionized six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music, phones, tablet computing, and digital publishing.

I couldn't wait for this book to end

Any additional comments?
While Steve Jobs was a great marketer, he certainly was not a great man nor humanitarian. He was a self absorbed control freak. He even thought he could control his cancer and it turned out to bite him. I'm sorry for his children to lose a father, but the man they showed in this book was not a man I would have wanted to know. I knew the ending, so I couldn't wait for him to pass, so I'd be through with this book.

It's not about the Beau. It's about the writing.

Disappointing

Is there anything you would change about this book?
I'm not sure how it should of ended. It just seemed to me she wanted to hang this character up and short of killing her off, just ended it with Eric and paired her with Sam.
What could Charlaine Harris have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
I didn't care for the selling the sole to the devil part and the emphysis on those two characters. I didn't like the new introduction of another childs of Eric's (the Karen addition). There was no mention of Bubba, who was the character that usually was looking out for her.
Which scene was your favorite?
Didn't have one.
Did Dead Ever After inspire you to do anything?
I so enjoyed the other books and this book just disappoined me.
