I've been a superhost for three of the four years I've been hosting. The information provided for setting up an airbnb was spot on. I gained a lot of knowledge from the marketing aspect, especially from the formulas for writing titles etc. I listened to this book as I cleaned my airbnb and the info was really easy to understand and absorb.
