The beginning of this book had me a little frustrated. The initial character was annoying, and the story started off a little slow, but then things got really interesting. The more you get into the story, the more fascinating it becomes. The multiple characters and view points could have become confusing, but the author does a good job making it clear who and where you are in the story. Very cool world and very interesting premise.

Creativity, Inc. is a manual for anyone who strives for originality and the first-ever all-access trip into the nerve center of Pixar Animation - into the meetings, postmortems, and “Braintrust” sessions where some of the most successful films in history are made. It is, at heart, a book about creativity - but it is also, as Pixar cofounder and president Ed Catmull writes, “an expression of the ideas that I believe make the best in us possible”.

Very cool to hear the behind the scenes stuff at Pixar and how hard they work to make and keep a creative environment. I think everyone can learn something from this book.
