Story
Fresh out of rehab, Mallory Quinn takes a job as a babysitter for Ted and Caroline Maxwell. She is to look after their five-year-old son, Teddy. Mallory immediately loves it. She has her own living space, goes out for nightly runs, and has the stability she craves. And she sincerely bonds with Teddy, a sweet, shy boy who is never without his sketchbook and pencil. His drawings are the usual fare: trees, rabbits, balloons. But one day, he draws something different: a man in a forest, dragging a woman’s lifeless body.

the book was alright. Not an award winner, and written more toward the young adult crowd, but not the terrible read that some are making it out to be.
I swear, reading some of the reviews, I would think some of you are just looking to be offended and don't know how books work.
just because a book mentions a topic that you may not agree with doesn't mean it's propaganda. nobody is telling you how you should think. it's just a story, and inside a story there will be charectrers and beliefs that don't align with you . . . thats what makes good stories. . .
Anyway, the book is pretty good. a little bit of mystery, a little supernatural. it's a decent read, but maybe not for everyone.
