Story
In the ruins of Caswell, Maine, Carter Bennett learned the truth of what had been right in front of him the entire time. And then it—he—was gone. Desperate for answers, Carter takes to the road, leaving family and the safety of his pack behind, all in the name of a man he only knows as a feral wolf. But therein lies the danger: wolves are pack animals, and the longer Carter is on his own, the more his mind slips toward the endless void of Omega insanity. But he pushes on, following the trail left by Gavin.

A Story of Pack and Pack and Pack
Reviewed: 06-18-25
I picked up this series on a whim; I had just finished Mark of Amulii and I was craving more gay werewolf books. Thanks to google, I was able to scratch that itch that I was craving. The entire series is wonderful, each book in the perspective of another character as they handle the situations they have at hand. I highly recommend this series; if you want a story about bonds between characters, family, love, and of course werewolves, this is a great read!

Worth the wait

I read them all together after discovering this series but I did notice the 8 year gap. I have to say, there is a lot of story left for Dev and Lee. I really hope that we get to continue to be a part of their journey!

Story
Dev is a football player at Forester University, a small liberal arts college where he and his teammates get to strut around and have their pick of the girls on Friday nights. That's as good as it gets - until he meets Lee, a fox with a quick wit and an attractive body. Problem is, Lee's not a girl. He's a gay fox, an activist who never dreamed he'd fall for a football player. As their attraction deepens into romance, it's hard enough for them to handle each other, let alone their inquisitive friends, family, and co-workers.

Hard to stop

When I started this book it was a bit jarring how the adult themes came on pretty quick and pretty heavy. But the more I let it continue, the more involved I found myself feeling for the characters.
