Excellent Book with Amazing Content

What more is there to say? I initially read the physical book when it was released and I absolutely loved it. In fact, it's inspired me to take steps to even consider growing my business (which may seem like the normal thing to do, but I've been satisfied being a one man operation for a long time now and didn't have plans to grow). I find I'm able to listen to audio books more often than I'm able to read physia books, so I went ahead and added the audio to my collection as well. Every now and then I find a good audio book that I end up essentially putting on repeat. This is one such book.

I really enjoyed this installment of the Minecraft series, possibly the best one I've listened to so far. It's mysterious and even plays on your emotions. spoiler alert: I'm a grown man and I was wrecked at the scene with the zombie horse. Never once thought I'd get emotional about one of those!

This book is well narrated and contains some good information. However, it's very clearly geared towards a company who sells their product or services to other large corporations. Nearly everything discussed has to do with selling to purchasing agents, having the ability to express how your product brings more profit to the company you sell it to, ect. This is probably fantastic for the right individual. However, as a one person plumbing company who strictly does residential work, nearly all of the info was incompatible with what I and others in similar situations do. It would have been nice had the description mentioned something along the lines of "How to be confident in your prices when dealing with purchasing agents" or something along those lines so as to make it clear that this book is not intended to be a general pricing strategy book for just any business.

The content is great, but the narrator more closely resembles a boring classroom professor instead of someone eager to share the information. Despite my fascination with the stock market, it was very challenging to focus on what I was listening to. Unfortunately, I will now think twice before purchasing a book read by this narrator.
