Applicable to ALL small business owners, not just MBE -in fact, would recommend that non-minority business owners seek out this book first for practical content, but also for perspective and insight/awareness on what their MBE colleagues navigate on a daily basis.
I have already recommended this book to at least 15 of my colleagues, and I only purchased it 4 days ago, and am on my second time through (listening to it), to make sure I don’t miss anything.
