This book takes the overwhelm and tells it to take a number and get in line.
not going to lie.. my first listen through was at 1.5 speed while driving the car.. totally called out by the author in the text.
This book is fantastic. the author is cheeky and has amazing, dare I say jazzy, energy that gets me pumped to spend the time reading and working this book. not in the way that makes me hype for his products (I mean, I definitely downloaded two more of his books while listening... not driving.. for clarification) but super hype for MY products.
if you have a business or want a business... read this book... twice.

this series speaks to the struggle to uphold principles while being human. the deep truths play your heart strings like an epic score. the story is written so well that the scenes expand into your dreams. this is a must read for anyone who has ever felt that internal anguish to do better, be better and hold themselves to a different set of principles. thank you Brandon Sanderson for this incredible story that makes me walk a little taller. hats off to you sir.

I have read a bunch of empathy books and this one is so far the most to the point. once you get into the book not a word is wasted. every moment is informative. I listened to the book multiple times since her voice is relaxing and I heard different parts each time I listened. if you are a healer, an empath or just looking for information on the subject this is an amazing book. enjoy!
