Story
Clanton, Mississippi. 1990. Jake Brigance finds himself embroiled in a deeply divisive trial when the court appoints him attorney for Drew Gamble, a timid sixteen-year-old boy accused of murdering a local deputy. Many in Clanton want a swift trial and the death penalty, but Brigance digs in and discovers that there is more to the story than meets the eye. Jake’s fierce commitment to saving Drew from the gas chamber puts his career, his financial security, and the safety of his family on the line.

Not the same Grisham

A visit down memory lane of the town and characters we all love. Gresham put on a lazy effort to visit the old characters and town. At the end of the book Grisham even admits that he was too lazy to ensure inaccuracies between the old books and the new book were researched and corrected.

Story
If you happen to find a map in a dead buccaneer's sea trunk, you can't very well ignore it, not if you are Jim Hawkins and his friends Dr. Livesey, Captain Smollett, and Squire Trelawney! But even with a map, buried treasures are not easy things to come by.

Story
What's the secret to sales success? If you're like most business leaders, you'd say it's fundamentally about relationships - and you'd be wrong. The best salespeople don't just build relationships with customers. They challenge them. The need to understand what top-performing reps are doing that their average performing colleagues are not drove Matthew Dixon, Brent Adamson, and their colleagues at Corporate Executive Board to investigate the skills, behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes that matter most for high performance.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
If you are selling a complex solution, than this book teaches a great baseline to make you more effective in the field. I had the pleasure of attending a challenger sales training prior to reading the book. They tie together nicely and I recommenced doing both.
