Story
Las Vegas was the Mob's greatest venture and most spectacular success, and through 40 years of frenzy, murder, deceit, scams, and skimming, the FBI listened on phone taps and did virtually nothing to stop the fun. This is the truth about the Mob's control of the casinos in Vegas like you've never heard it before, from start to finish.

Produced and narrated horribly
Reviewed: 10-24-20
Who in God’s name produced this? If I were the author I would be very upset. There are corrections made by the hapless narrator that were not edited. There were names of key historical figures that were so badly mispronounced that the narrator would have to have grown up in a bubble to have made such mistakes. Whoever let this go to a finished product should never be permitted to ever produce an audio book again. And the lazy narrator who could only be trusted to correctly pronounce the name Smith, should go to work at Lowe’s loading trucks because you ruined this book!

Story
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

I'm 56 years old. I listened to this book then bought it for all my children. I wish it was around when I was in my 20's/30's. But even at my age, there is much to learn from it. Insightful, practical and fun, this book hit a lot of nails directly on the head.
