Honesty and Sincere are my new favorites. “Sincerely, Her Gangsta” is well written with dynamic and complex characters. The book is full of action with an engaging storyline. I loved this urban romance. And the narrators were perfect!

Though ‘One Eighty Too’ is a slow burn, the characters grow through a lot over the course of the book and it’s easy to fall in love with them. The narration is good too.

A pretty decent story with good character development. The narration in the audiobook is good and I’d listen to a book narrated by either James or Wright again. I recommend this to anyone who likes an engaging story with good pacing and a heartwarming ending.

Dark Challenging And Compelling Urban Romance

This is a solid urban fiction/romance book with some really dark themes. I wasn’t expecting it to be a dark romance but here we are. The MMC, Amos Duke, is everything you want in a an urban romance. The FMC is challenging to like but thanks to the author’s character development, you can give the FMC some grace. I highly recommend the entire series - just be prepared for a series of what could be triggering and challenging moments in nearly every single chapter.

I never could’ve expected this ending. What a complex and difficult story with dynamic and troubled characters. Challenging, dark and sad at times, SAVED BY A BILLIONAIRE is none of what I expected but the engaging, medium-paced story was exactly what I needed. I’ve got to listen to the sequel.

Great follow up to a marriage of convenience romance!

I expected “The Matrimony” to be a complex story about the aftermath of a marriage of convenience. I got that somewhat but not as much as I expected. I think the author relied heavily on spicy scenes but didn’t explore why the couple from “The Vow” relied on sex to solve problems instead of talking about them. The story is good, though repetitive at times.

Note: These narrators are much better than the ones from “The Vow.”

I love the marriage of convenience trope! The FMC and MMC are both likable characters. The secondary characters are interesting too. Though short, the author doesn’t skimp on character development, which I really appreciated.

The narrators took some getting used to, but the story is well written and engaging enough that it was able to look past them. I highly recommend “The Vow” and I’m excited to start book 2 in the series.

I was really impressed with “InstaLove” by Danielle Allen, so when I saw that she was releasing “Curvy Girl Summer,” I was very excited to read it. And boy oh boy did it live up to expectations! I absolutely fell in love with Aaliyah and Ahmad; I wanted to fight Uncle Al; I wanted to be friends with Nina and Jas; and I was sooo grateful for Nana. I sure wish that I lived across the street from Onyx!

“Curvy Girl Summer” is a fun and engaging summer story. I really really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to the next Danielle Allen book.

And the performance from the narrator was stellar, as usual.
