Story
“Long live the King” hailed Entertainment Weekly upon publication of Stephen King’s On Writing. Part memoir, part master class by one of the bestselling authors of all time, this superb volume is a revealing and practical view of the writer’s craft, comprising the basic tools of the trade every writer must have. King’s advice is grounded in his vivid memories from childhood through his emergence as a writer, from his struggling early career to his widely reported, near-fatal accident in 1999—and how the inextricable link between writing and living spurred his recovery.

I thought I was buying a book on writing and instead I get an autobiography of Stephen King. If you’re looking for that type of a book, this one is great for you, but it completely missed the mark for me.

This is a great little thrilling novel, but it’s not Fox and O’Hare. Where is the gang who we have grown to love? There’s no intriguing con. This is just another spy, war, German’s are the bad guy, novel.

Do yourself a favor and pass on this one, don’t waste your credit.
I’m a big fan of this series but somehow they lost the momentum. There’s no excitement, no intrigue, no flow. Had this been the first novel in the series I would have never listen to a second one, very disappointing. “Reverse, double reverse and double double reverse psychology”....What the.....!
The narrator is the only saving grace he does a wonderful job, but he can’t save this one.
