For those assisting others with dementia, it’s a great resource to support the journey. It may cover things we’ve heard in articles, books or programs, but this book is put together in a thorough manner that covers every area necessary within this subject. If we have heard it before, they are great reminders & it is necessary to often remind ourselves of ways we can stay healthy in body, mind & spirit.
