Story
"Happily Ever After" wasn't supposed to come with a do-over option. But when my husband of twenty years packs up and heads for greener pastures and my son leaves for college, that's exactly what my life becomes. Do-over. This time, though, I plan to do things differently. Age is just a number, after all, and at forty I'm ready to carve my own path. Eager for a fresh start, I make a somewhat unorthodox decision and move to a tiny town in the Sierra foothills. I'll be taking care of a centuries old house that called to me when I was a kid.

I'm extremely exhausted with the 5 hr books that cost almost 20$ realizing I will have to buy like what 6? I love the male narrator BONES had me hooked. I will go to evey book he's in and check it out. really enjoy where the story is heading I keep head slapping over the fact that she repeatedly brings up her age and how she's so comfortable with it yet romantically she acts like a high schooler. There are definitely parts thus far that have had me cracking up like embarrassingly having to take a break because of the characters that are supporting our main Jane

Story
I’m just a girl. And it turns out, I’m Hercules. I’m struggling to survive in a Titan infested world where Spartans, immortals from twelve royal families who have god-like powers and obscene wealth, rule over all. A shy-stammering foster child with nothing, I keep my head down, cover my scars, and focus on excelling in school. At least, I try to. Then it happens.

I loathe her sleep talk. I don't care for the fact that though we know she's been taught to not trust but the fmc take the untrustworthy to the extreme. You have people of absolute power pining for your attention and you'll just throw that away or act like it's a curse to have the sexy adults lust after you... I absolutely adore the parents part at the end. I hope that the guys can gain her trust and they can all learn to get along. She has a lot of growth to go and I hope the guys will help her.

Cliffs Galore, Tears Abundant!!!!! Now I'll just sit here and wait for the next one in two yrs. Listen I love this story with my whole heart but I am seriously growing grey hairs and looking sick after staying up crying while listening. I would just really appreciate the happy ever after but I cannot keep preparing myself to lose the DUKE and EVERYONE else.... I hope that we can conclude the story in the next one. I just have no patience and loathe waiting. Did yall notice that yet? As far as the other reviews I really think that some of the others forget these are children, they are in school, we all know you'll be buying the graphic audios and the next one too because if you came this far, a narrator for 1 CH. cannot dissuade you nor I from coming back. HERES TO THE NEXT BIG WAIT AND YOUR BEOKEN HEARTS.... YOUVE BEEN WARNED. ⚠️ 🥂

Twenty-four-year-old Saeris Fane is good at keeping secrets. No one knows about the strange powers she possesses or the fact that she has been picking pockets and stealing from the Undying Queen's reservoirs for as long as she can remember. But a secret is like a knot. Sooner or later, it is bound to come undone. When Saeris comes face-to-face with Death himself, she inadvertently reopens a gateway between realms and is transported to a land of ice and snow. The Fae have always been the stuff of myth, of legend, of nightmares… but it turns out they're real.

I absolutely love the story and where it took me. I dived in over the weekend thinking ir would keep me busy, but had it don't in a day and a half. Only issue::: why must we wait a yr and a half for another?
I don't get why the 2nd was supposed to be released the end of this yr. now we change it and say hmm maybe next yr. I am far too impatient for all of that.
anyways one to the next. bravo...

she's not a woman scorned she's childish. I understand the push and pull in relationships but I cannot deal with her continuously winning. How do you lose the card to a man that you can't stand. I most definitely will push through (because 23$ for a audiobook is getting old real quick too)
if for some reason I grow to like or enjoy I will come back and edit. both their voices are off as well. i don't know I'm just missing the older mafia books I guess I should stop trying to compare them to each other

besides this I loved it it was long and very descriptive but that's good and I'm mad at myself because now I'm hooked and will have to revisit when the next one comes out.

Story
Jean-Pierre’s greatest gift was a lack of feelings. His past had ripped them away. But then he saw Eden. Onstage, she played her violin, spinning his head with songs he’d tried to forget. Unable to stop himself, he makes Eden his obsession. And unlike any normal man, he takes what he wants. But there’s someone in the shadows blocking his path. His plans for Eden won’t be so simple. This mystery person sends Russians his way, igniting a war with the Bratva. It’s too bad that there’s no limit to his obsession for her - no force that can stop him, no bullet to get in his way.

Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

Story
Maximo and I, we were definitely a fairy tale. Not the cleaned-up, sanitized ones where life’s problems are solved with a smile and a song. We were the old-school kind. A twisted tales packed with murder, violence, and tragic beginnings. Okay, so maybe we weren’t a traditional fairy tale. After all, Maximo was more villain than prince. He was scarily sexy. Devilishly charming. Controlling, possessive, and dangerous. Especially when it came to me. His little dove. And heaven help anyone who tried to free me from my gilded cage.

I read reviews before buying I'm in a book reading/audio kick rn, and I believe people have ethr small circles of friends or never been around someone who has that meek voice. Well, welcome bches;) my nick name was Minnie mouse all while growing up with a child like voice. I still get told I do at 38 so there's that....
I really would have liked a little more action but this book like many other has it set up its climax and then you know the end. Good for them, a couple I am happy to have read about. I'm also coming back from listening to the dramatized halfway to the grave with cat and BONES IF YOU HAVENT YOU MUST!. Anywhoo what I'm saying is this book is a nice in-between from that non stop action for a bring me back down to earth feeling. If you need a APLHA I'm in charge, age gap Cinderella stop here it is.
