Violation of consent/Assault
Reviewed: 01-29-25
If you believe in consent and the right to choose life and your death then this book is not for you, Mrs.Chambers had a amazing premise and
Characters only to ruin it by the inability to right compelling reasons for why the characters do what they do. Rather than having the characters choose to do something for the good of the people they care about, being forced against their will to forcibly have a biological change done to them. For a lgbt woman I truly am disgusted with how she wrote this book. Skip it not worth your time

How much worse it was compared to the other two.

Honestly I was really disappointed with Ethan’s arc, his reverse of his power is super awkward and forced at the last second. And honestly didn’t fit with his character. The entire last arc feels rushed, and SPOILERS AHEAD. How almost every Zero becomes a killer when they fought so hard to be hero’s feels like the writer didn’t know how to end it. Quite frankly a disappointing end to a great series.
