Lacey Doyle, 39 years old and freshly divorced, has made a drastic change: She has walked away from the fast life of New York City and settled down in the quaint English seaside town of Wilfordshire. Spring is in the air. With last month’s murder mystery behind her, a new best friend in her English shepherd, and a budding relationship with the chef across the street, it seems like everything’s finally settling into place. Story
When you're born, you never know what life will throw at you. You just make the best of it no matter what happens. That's pretty much been my go-to since infancy. Then, the charming, bald-headed, blue-eyed, Brent came along, and I thought all the suck in life had been flushed down the drain. Ha! That's when my true journey began - motherhood. This is my story on how I took life by the gonads when I decided I needed closure from my past - my father's sudden death in particular.

Story
Detectives Coleen Clayton and Lester Pruitt are searching for a missing person when they turn up a dead body. Fitting into a pattern of gruesome homicides hitting South Carolina, the case bears an unnerving resemblance to one from 30 years ago—one that still haunts Exeter. The killer has become a legend, spawning countless ghost stories and Halloween costumes. A killer named Crouchback. But Crouchback died in prison 30 years ago, right?

But leave the long credits out after every segment. It takes longer for those than it does for the story. Or at least the stories more interesting.

Lisa Scottolini never fails. Narration is good. Storyline is very good. Ending was not predictable.
