This thriller is a super listen. Just make sure you have a day clear. You can't stop listening. There are no calm times when you could pause it. You will listen, an listen, and listen and then it ends. And you sit there almost stunned at the story you just finished. Don't hesitate I have listened to all of the "Jack Reacher", "Joe Picket, "Gil Shannon", "The Gray Man and more. This one is that good.

How can Sam switch narrators? When listening and becoming, the narrator's voice takes you there. The new guy doesn't even pronounce Inspector Pekkala's name the same as Paul Michael. Story was good but.narration left me unemotional. Get Paul Michael back. Please!

Gregg Kaplan has some tough competition on the market. But I look forward to the next adventure by Chuck Barrett. He has the talent to put Gregg in a realm of hie own.

Story
A major North American hydroelectric dam is blown up and the largest off-shore oil field in this hemisphere is destroyed in a brutal, coordinated terrorist attack. But there was one factor that the terrorists didn't take into account when they struck the Capitana platform off the coast of Colombia—slaughtering much of the crew and blowing up the platform—and that was the Capitana crew chief Dewey Andreas. Dewey, former Army Ranger and Delta, survives the attack, rescuing as many of his men as possible. But the battle has just begun.

Recently retired marine sergeant Ray Kruz has been talked into a mall trip by his fiancé, the beautiful Molly Chan. For Ray, Molly represents a way to reconnect with normal life, something his 20 years in the service and five tours in two combat zones have prevented.

What could Stephen Hunter have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Moe suspenseful plot and better developed people.
