Story
The world waits for no one. While Boxxy is off chasing shinies and delving dungeons abroad, Azurvale's shadows churn, fester, and ferment into a potent cocktail of trouble. Secret organizations maneuver behind the scenes, patiently advancing their nefarious plots. Government agencies lay in wait, ready to pounce at the first sign of trouble. Powerful adventurers gear up and train for the next challenge, uncertain as to what form it might take.

Story
When Edward is swept into the world of Ivalis as a Dungeon Lord, the Dark's most powerful servant, he has no servitude in mind. He'll oppose the evil plans of the Dark god, Murmur, whatever it takes. Through only his wits and his guts to help him survive a weakened arrival, Edward must rise to power if he is to earn the right to live another day. But in the battle between Dark and Light, what can Edward choose if both sides are cruel, uncaring monsters?

Enjoyable!

The main character, Ed, is very relatable to RPG gamers. If you’ve played WoW, Final Fantasy or played the pen & paper RPG games, ect ect it will bring back fond memories of how you leveled up and used skills/talents yourselves! This story also redefines what it is to be “the story’s villain” in a pleasing way. I gave it 4 stars for the great story but it lacks 5 because of my personal tastes. I was hoping this would be a story of a guy who enters a video game world to become a legitimate bad guy boss and fight against the adventures of the world! Although it is not that, it is a unique and enjoyable.
