Because, there are professionals inside and outside of government who are responsible for keeping us prepared for these things. When disasters happen, they spring into action to coordinate and communicate so that instead of confusion and fear, we get clarity and confidence.

Good foray into Disaster preparedness

Good story for the general public, although ideas were a bit academia at times and not always practical in real life. Narrator was hard to follow at times with many different scenarios going on.
