Where would you be today? What would you be doing? This book will give you the inspiration, motivation and professional coaching to get out there and do what you were meant to do for yourself and/or others. Whether you’re working through a work or life challenge, a medical issue, a fitness goal, major stress, or an overall attitude adjustment, this will give you a new perspective with a hell yes mental toughness you never knew you had.
“Iron Ed” didn’t spend 20 years as a professional reader, but he chose to tell his story, his way. He did however, serve our country for 20 years, learning some of the most successful skills to lead himself in teams, and he’s teaching us how to apply mental toughness and hard skills through his own words. Iron Ed would sacrifice himself for his team. His men would die for him. What would your team willingly do for you? For each other? Take the wisdom he teaches and do the thing that you’re meant to do. Live life as a positive contributor and have the GUTS to start now and do it your way.

Recommended for building trust within teams. If you want to up your game; if you want to stretch and extend yourself or your organization beyond your own expectations, do it through teams. Ed Hiner clearly defines the importance of training yourself, the people you lead, and the teams in your organization so that every player at the table has both the skill and the motivation to do the important work that needs to be done.
“First, Fast, Fearless” is about teaching every person to own their state of mind, to be first strike thinkers, action oriented, innovators and problem solvers. The power of teams and a collective attitude will lead to sensational results. Don’t leave things to chance. Go on the offense. Action is the antidote to fear and uncertainty.
Take action by using the wisdom that Hiner shares after 20 years of leading teams in the most challenging circumstances anyone can imagine. Learn from the best. It’s all right here, right now, right at your fingertips.

This is one of the best interviews I've ever heard! What a brilliant, wonderful couple. Thank you Team Sherzai for providing hope with your knowledge, and empathy for others. I love your podcast Rip! I know of others who have family members with Dementia/Alzheimers, so I look forward to sharing this with them. Thank you so much!
