Story
Lily hasn’t always had it easy, but that’s never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She’s come a long way from the small town where she grew up—she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. And when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily’s life seems too good to be true.

Powerful Nake Truth

The conflict between love and loss, staying and leaving, acceptance ane forgiveness in this story is so transparent and real. As someone who is a survivor herself, I could relate to so many conflicting moments in this story! Thank you for normalizing that and helping give courage for others to understand it and consider ending it also! I loved your story and appreciate you sharing it with us!

The courage it took to fight his battle
Reviewed: 08-17-24
This story gives a great view of the power of addiction and an honest reviel of pure valunerabilites Matthew loved with trying to overcome his battles with addiction. I am so sad to know he lost his life to this addiction but as he said he never gave up trying to fight it until the very end I truly believe. RIP Matthew Perry Forever#Friends

Story
When clinical psychologist Sarah Mandel was pregnant with her second child, she began preparing for her maternity leave, juggling the demands of her soon-to-be-new baby with the needs of her patients. Noticing a lump in her breast, she assumed it was most likely a clogged milk duct. But a biopsy revealed it was not. When she went into labor, she learned that she had Stage Four cancer—devastating news that forced her to confront terminal illness as she was bringing new life into the world.

Sarah's honesty and vulnerability kept me engaged and I felt like I was walking her life path along side her. I cannot help but wonder how her life has transpired and feel hopeful in the message that I took can overcome my trauma and provide a ray of hope as Sarah did for me. Thank you for your courage to share and for giving me courage to write my own story, whatever that might be.
