Good listen, kept me anxious to get back to listen
Reviewed: 04-02-12
I have become a James Patterson fan. I find in this as in his other books we get right into the story and he keeps me anxious for when I can get back to start listening again.

Roller Coaster Listen.

This listen is like being slapped back and forth in a roller coaster. I found I was always anxious to get back to listening to the book!

Story
Accounting is most definitely a unique language. So why not learn it like you would any other language—by listening? Since accounting is the language of business, being accounting-illiterate can cost you dearly. Ignore your accounting and you’ll pay too much in taxes. You may find yourself losing the business that you’ve worked so hard to build.

Finally, clarity in plain English.
Reviewed: 01-23-12
Madeline brings clarity to general accounting practices. She takes the time not only to explain in very understandable terms how it's done, but why do it that way. Madeline will also give the historical origins which helped me to align my thinking so I became more comfortable with why, "that's just the way it's done". Wish I had received this information years ago. Now my books and their reports are cleaner and I understand much more.

OK, but not a book for my generation
Reviewed: 11-29-11
It's entertaining but not a book that kept me anxious for what's next. This would be a good listen for someone younger than I.
Still worth the listen even though it's for a younger listener than I
