Omegaverse Island has a shortage of omega males. They're usually brought over by the boatload from the mainland, but with an omega-killing virus on a rampage, few can act as proper child-bearers. Then Roland shows up, and all the alpha males turn to him. Especially the rival alphas, Lewis Travis and Malachi Daniels. Funny thing is, Roland knows both Lewis and Malachi.
