What did you love best about Madame Tussaud?

Learning about the "real" people that played huge parts in the French Revolution.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Madame Tussaud. A sculptor, as am I. What an adventure to be so closely entwined in the terrible events of the time.

What about Rosalyn Landor’s performance did you like?

It was fluid and well done.

If you could take any character from Madame Tussaud out to dinner, who would it be and why?

It would be her. Obviously she was an amazing artist, who worked and lived hard. She is strong, and could fit easily into this modern time.

Any additional comments?

If you like historical novels, this one is packed with so much first hand information.
Wow!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! The mystery and the revelations bond two stories of two seriously damaged women together.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Definitely the girl techno-PI. She makes you want to applaud her way of dealing with her life. She wants justice and is the heroine.

Have you listened to any of Simon Vance’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Cry.

Any additional comments?

The ending is no fairytale, but I hope that there is going to be a sequel. It does leave you with a desire to see her happy and the possibility that her story will continue.

If you could sum up Killing Lincoln in three words, what would they be?

Enlightening, suspenseful, emotional.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Killing Lincoln?

Probably the attempt to save his life by the young doctor.

What does Bill O'Reilly bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I'm an artist, I can not work with my hands and physically read a book at the same time.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It's like the Titanic. You already know the ending, but, now you know "the rest of the story".... Or do you?!

Any additional comments?

I listen to O'Reilly frequently on TV. He's a great speaker, and story teller. And a great author!

If you could sum up The Four Agreements in three words, what would they be?

Seriously good advice!

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Four Agreements?

Don't take it personally.

Have you listened to any of Peter Coyote’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No.

Any additional comments?

You should know that there is a prayer at the end. If this is not your deal ( Christian theology or belief), turn it off when he starts in with "Let us pray". Otherwise, it is a fantastic way to help yourself find peace of mind, especially if your parents were socially dysfunctional and passed it on to you. It will change your perspective of the people around you (even the guy in the car behind you gesturing rudely).

What made the experience of listening to 11-22-63 the most enjoyable?

Keeps you in suspense.

Any additional comments?

King is usually very bloody. But,I loved the idea that we could change history. But, there's a twist... "If we could, should we?".

It's a little like a Crighton story, but, more historically correct.

This and Gerald's Game are my favorite King novels!
