In a post-apocalyptic world ruled by a Governor who is both feared and worshipped, Willow is a 17-year-old girl who is trying to get through her last year of studies. But when her father dies, she experiences strange dreams that change everything about how she looks at the world and at herself. I just hope they never make a movie Based on this book, The just wouldn't do with all right. Seeing as they already screwed up the 1st book With the work would be a half-assed attempt.
don't get me wrong the movie is pretty good. it's just wrong....
when adabting a book the writers always change things, then the director does his stuff, and finally the studio screws everything up by shoehorning a +18 in to a pg13.
in short I love this book and anyone that liked the movie, will love this book.
and the choice of narrator is just inspired,
it feels like he is the only person for this job. he has the perfect mix of serious and play. he has he's very own back catalogue that compliments the story, and he has a nice voice to boot.
To the author I'd say please write more books just like this one and maybe even better.

well narrated and and and an interesting angle
Reviewed: 09-10-19
the narration realy makes this better. and the basic premise is good, the angle from which the story is told realy makes it work..
if I were to say something that detracts from the experiences it would be repetitive use of "now (this person) is walking up" some stage direction is better left out or written after the statement..
even a bit of variation is nice...
