While I agree with the concept of the self observing thoughts, I'm sorry to say, this book tells it in a boring way. I'd suggest others to read Stephen Mitchell's translation of the Tao Te Ching or Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now, but not this. His message on how you can and should always be happy was especially comcerning to me. Maybe this book would have been better recieved condensed down to 2 hours.
