Hots but so many politics + alphas are kinda jerk

I just finish the first book but think I should write the review first,
This series is hot and sexy but there're so much politics in the story, way more than the romance, that's fine if it's what the Auther want but what really bothers me the most is that the alphas are more or less of a jerk, like seriously, do they even care about their omegas? Yes, Trent is sweet through the end of the book but before that? He's a selfish little alpha. I even hope they lose the baby at some point which is really weird to me because I love baby so much in the mpreg series and will never want them to get hurt. The redeeming factors of book one are actually the chief and Mona. especially, the chief, he is so sweet and understands, He's probably one of only a few alphas I like in book one.
Overall, this series is okay, it's hot and spicy with all those alpha seals but I hope they're less of a jerk to the omegas. The politics also make my head hurt lol. If you're okay with the politics and some jerk alphas, this series is a very good deal. The narrator is so good tho. he's literally carrying the first book. I'm melting while he's describing the sex scene which funny enough, we don't get a lot in 12 hours of book 1. I'm really hesitating to continue book 2 since I've read the other reviews and know that we gonna get more jerk alphas lol
