The characters were quite predictable albeit likeable. I hope Brad Meltzer returns to the writing found in his earlier books. This one just didn't make me happy.

Wonderful!

Wonderful, intriguing book! The narration is perfect. My only complaint is that the ending falls a bit flat. I wanted the story to continue with a rich, full ending but it just kinda stopped. Like the author got tired of writing and wrapped it up. However, well worth the credit. Enjoy!

What a waste of a credit. A real disappointment. The premise holds promise but, for me, did not deliver. A little like a boring Robin Cook or Michael Crighton.

In The Murder of Tut, James Patterson and Martin Dugard chronicle their epic quest to find out what happened to the boy-king. They comb through the evidence--X-rays, Carter's files, forensic clues--and scavenge for overlooked data to piece together the details of his life and death. The result is a true crime tale of intrigue, betrayal, and usurpation that presents a compelling case that King Tut's death was anything but natural.
