The steps that are presented are very deep and need a lot of marinating. I had to stop after chapter regarding my past. But I returned to the book finishing and knowing that I have a deeper more secure relationship with God, my father Jesus, the son and my friend, the Holy Spirit. I read this book alone and dealt with a lot of turmoil on my own. It was quite a journey! I recommend reading it with a group like is instructed to do.

Story
Escape the enemy's deadly trap! The Bait of Satan exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God - offense. Most people who are ensnared by the bait of Satan don’t even realize it. Don’t be fooled! You will encounter offense, and it’s up to you how it will affect your relationship with God. Your response will determine your future. If offense is handled correctly, you will become stronger rather than bitter. John Bevere shows you how to stay free from offense and escape the victim mentality.

FORGIVENESS
Reviewed: 02-20-20
- started reading it, was struck with conviction - abandoned it - came back to it and got to the part where I thought I understood the big idea - but kept re-reading chapter 8 over and over knowing I was in the midst of being SHAKEN - it was tough for me to read because I wanted to fully understand the concepts/wisdom from the Bible teachings. After reading it all the way through I know I have a lot of praying and reconciling to do. I am ready to embark on a new journey - but first, before I go I must reconcile relationships, and then I can truly offer myself as a sacrifice to honor and glorify God.
I am so thankful for these interpreted Words from God, it is a true awakening message!
