The story was fun and compelling and had an excellent pace but above all, these narrators did all of the various characters SO INCREDIBLY WELL!!

I enjoy a romance book with a bit of spice but I was getting a little tired of how predictable they were getting to me. I saw this on a list for fake dating and then also an enemies to lovers list so I was curious how that was going to work. I absolutely loved the pacing of this book and the details! You can tell this author either works in science or researched it thoroughly. I also really enjoy when the adult characters in romance books have actual things going on in their lives outside the romance that aren’t like “business” or “work”. This book not only has them working in academia but also that’s important to the plot and their need to fake date! Color me impressed!

Incredible story!

I was fully drawn in to this fast paced story! My only issue is that is obvious that the first woman who read didn’t say “Zafira” correctly and you can tell when they had someone else come in and say the line with her name in it and that is sometimes distracting. But please don’t let it distract you too much from reading this great story!
