This book was very well written and discusses the impact of inflammation on your health and ways to avoid it. In this day and age where everything is fast paced including our food, it's important to take a step back and get back to whole unprocessed foods. This book would make an excellent gift for young adults starting their lives on their own. A guide as to how to eat correctly and how to set up a kitchen to enjoy cooking. I would highly recommend this book to take back your health!
