This sequel is a great read.
The voiceover narrator is amazing and really gets you into the story.
Poly sapphic smut at its best.

Story
Vi's friend Yara has been part of a group of women that have a very interesting concept of group activities...and she's not talking about trust falls or awkward icebreaker questions. Yara has regaled Vi with stories, in explicit detail, of the intense, unbridled passion that she shares with these women every few months, but Vi has always been shy to ask if there's a free slot available on the roster.

Fast paced… and to the point

This book is not about plot. It gets hot and heavy very fast! The book voiceover actor is a little hard to get into the story because she only uses one voice for every character. Other than that— sapphic smut , consent, and bdsm.

Story
Farleigh is just an orphanage–at least, that's what the church would have the people believe. But beautiful orphans Nox and fae-touched Amaris know better. They are commodities for sale, available for purchase by the highest bidder. So when the madame of a notorious brothel in a far-off city offers a king's ransom to purchase Amaris, Nox ends up taking her place—while Amaris is drawn away to the mountains, home of mysterious assassins.

I read the paper book about half way through, then my life and ADHD got the best of me. I was dying to know how it ended, and then on a live stream Piper mentioned she was releasing the audiobook. I listened to it from the beginning and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I cannot wait for book 2.
