Unique and captivating storytelling

I loved the narrators of this book! The story took many turns and twists and I loved that I could not predict the next event ( normally I am very good at this, but it makes many books a bit mundane and predictable). This book wove itself through the lives of strangers and still found patterns of the human condition. I laughed and I cried with this carefully curated story. It was wonderful!

while the story had some good plot twists, the author droned on and on and kept introducing more characters. much of the time, I lost track of who everyone was but I didn't care because they really didn't move the plot forward.

perfection!!!

This is the perfect nighttime ritual to help you get off to dream land.
Jamie Dornan's voice is almost a lullaby that pulls you along whatever destination he describes. The first three minutes of the session is his sweet Irish voice whispering in your ear and then the sounds of the destination take over for the remainder of the journey. Before you know it, you are off in La-la land before the episode is over!
I would love to hear more of these as I can almost recite the current episodes that are offered ( I listen EVERY NIGHT).
Thank you for creating this-- I have listened to other sleep related podcasts-- but nothing else works.

The narrator's ability to switch accents was incredible. She could alter her voice very slightly and you instantly knew which character was speaking. The story was great and kept you guessing but at times it was a bit repetitive. Overall, a great way to pass time while driving to and from work.

good summer read. the narrator is easy to listen to and the story ( although predictable) had surprising moments and was told very well. at times, the story became repetitive and the protagonist was making the stupidest choices- but then again, we tend to make some stupid choices in real life as well!
