A Vital Book to Read to Do Work Well!
Reviewed: 07-26-22
I’m about to read this book for the 2nd time! That’s because I believe it’s one of the most important books a new, and even seasoned professional can read to get practical insights on how to thrive at work. As someone who was born and spent part of my formative years in another country, and who is strongly influenced by another culture, I strongly feel it can be very helpful to those from other countries entering the American workplace, as well as those who are first generation corporate professionals. The book is engaging, easy to follow and feels so much like an uncle (really a mentor) sitting you down and telling you how to succeed in the world of work. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this book. So many pass on these powerful insights to their families or those in their private circles. Thanks for sharing your insights with the world!

Loved it! No student should leave college and step into the workforce without first having read this. Missed that window? Then drop every other book and read this!
