Keri's tale of abuse (physical, emotional, mental, and sexual) is nothing shy of horrific in nature. A first-hand account of how the UK's child protection system failed her, the lies spun by her mother about her, and a glimpse of hope for her. This book, no matter what country you reside in, will shed light on how The System has failed so many children and continues to do so. You never know what a child is going through at home. Be warned, some of the contents in the book is graphic, but there is simply no other way to tell her story of what she has gone through as a child. Despite hating what Keri has gone through, I cannot wait to keep listening to the other books in the series. I must know the author's story!

The only performance that I wished was difference was the American woman’s accent. Good listen/read.

I appreciated this take on Ed Gein and his crimes. I like that this is a true account of the story. So many works of fiction have been made proceeding Gein, it was revitalizing to hear the truth.

From someone who specialized in serial killers during my grad school years, this account of John Wayne Gacy, Jr. is perfect. There was more insight from the Criminal Justice aspect, rather than the psychological. I happened to enjoy that the book was written from one of the lawyer’s point-of-view. I Highly recommend!
