This was a well-written book packed full of info, encouragement, and practical advice. You are never too old to start moving your body and benefitting from strength and mobility exercises. Tracy makes it easy to understand the benefits of even minor adjustments to your every-day movements. She gives plenty of real-life scenarios and stories that prove how even small changes can make big impacts.
